Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks using predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI breakthroughs
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature, MIT Tech Review, and World Economic Forum
- Curate exclusive Future Summit events connecting 500+ global visionaries annually
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-AI collaboration systems in our Innovation Lab
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (15+ years experience)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercial impact ($100M+ projects)
- Expertise in emerging tech convergence: quantum, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Deep network with global innovation ecosystems (Singularity University, XPRIZE, DARPA)
- Fluency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
