- Design innovation roadmaps aligning long-term vision with near-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or organizational impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
