Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify opportunities for 2026+ innovation
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks, scenario planning models, and roadmaps for long-term transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation projects spanning quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications, white papers, and executive briefings on future technologies
- Establish and nurture ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks, ethical implications, and regulatory landscapes of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with experience in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership or patents in future technologies or strategic foresight
