Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for emerging product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster organizational foresight and adaptive capabilities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers positioning Horizon Labs as a thought leader
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience executive-level stakeholder communication
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Track record of developing successful innovation strategies implemented in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly desired
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future trends
