- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder summits on future scenarios
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with venture-style investment criteria
- Mentor a team of futurists and design researchers
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published portfolio of trend analysis and scenario planning work
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning frameworks, and systems modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level audiences and public speaking
