Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition partnerships
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-winning strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futuristics, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
