Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-focused strategies into product development cycles
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies

- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication prowess
