Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 technology trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated impact on business strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
