Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Establish and maintain global networks with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Oversee incubation of breakthrough initiatives through prototyping and pilot programs
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable development principles
- Represent FutureForge at global forums and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Economics, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making with future-oriented insights
- Portfolio of published research, patents, or implemented innovations
