As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop actionable roadmaps for sustainable innovation. Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 15+ emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Design and lead strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop innovation frameworks that balance technological feasibility with market readiness and ethical implications
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents used by Fortune 100 decision-makers
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry keynotes and white papers
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-state concepts through rapid prototyping and simulation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps adopted by global enterprises
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation frameworks implemented by Fortune 500 companies
