Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and regulatory landscapes to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, climate tech, or biotechnology ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks
