Responsibilities

- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
