Responsibilities

- Design and lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data-driven reports
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Curate and maintain a real-time 'Future Radar' intelligence system
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and strategic roadmapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
