Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Reports analyzing emerging tech trends and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Design and deploy innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global forums on future technologies and their societal impact
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or foresight role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong network connections in Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
