Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on disruptive technologies (IEEE/ACM journals)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives to market impact
- Expertise in AI ethics and responsible development frameworks
