Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum, and bioengineering domains
- Develop 2026 innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite leadership
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author white papers and patents on emerging technologies
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum/AI/bio)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP preferred)
