Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, biotech, and neuro-interfaces into mainstream applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our innovation lab
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparation
- Guide ethical framework development for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation environments
- Strong publication record in futurism, tech ethics, or strategic forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
