- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven governance
- Champion future-ready culture across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial value
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA preferred
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (Web4, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFCS, CPSI)
