Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision and priorities
- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Design and implement innovation pipelines to capture emerging opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advose on organizational adaptation strategies for technological, social, and environmental shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
