Responsibilities

- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and visualizations translating future possibilities into present opportunities
- Champion innovation ecosystems by identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with emerging futures

- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Track record of translating foresight into successful business strategies and investments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
