Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Monitor competitor landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) required
