Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and market signals to identify emerging opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead foresight workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, horizon scanning briefs, and innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate strategic hypotheses
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers to inform strategic outlooks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization proficiency
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+ scenarios
