Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting global markets through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools
- Present findings at global innovation forums and client summits
- Partner with R&D teams to identify emerging opportunities for commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (required)
