Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026 technology inflection points
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech ethics
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research with Fortune 500 firms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, causal layered analysis)
