Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital economies
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual Future State reports and strategic roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi methods, horizon scanning)
