Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling

- Design prototype solutions for emerging domains (e.g., neuro-interfaces, ambient computing)
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI-driven pivots
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis and strategic narrative development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or emerging tech governance
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Trend Hunter API)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year technology predictions
- Scrum certification or equivalent agile transformation experience
