Responsibilities

- Deliver executive briefings and strategic workshops to guide C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in leading industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Advise on long-term organizational resilience and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least one future-critical domain (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite
