Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies
- Advise executive leadership on strategic implications of emerging innovations
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future market needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
