Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 10-year technology and societal trend forecasts using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients adopting Web3, AI governance, and biotechnology integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Author high-impact foresight publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in forecasting disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier foresight journals or industry publications
- Fluency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising C-level executives on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
