As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional teams, and present strategic blueprints that redefine industries. Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to develop actionable 2026+ strategic frameworks
- Design and lead immersive foresight workshops for executive stakeholders across technology, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Author high-impact scenario-planning reports with quantitative and qualitative future-state projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology solutions aligned with long-term market evolution
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives spanning 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members using compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis and strategic methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, industry journals)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Systems Dynamics Modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex strategic frameworks implemented for 2020-2025 horizons
