Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework, incorporating emerging technologies like AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze global megatrends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for multiple future states
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Publish thought leadership content to position Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
