Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify 2026-relevant technological and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for AI integration, biotech convergence, and climate-tech disruption
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized systems
- Chair cross-functional 2026-readiness taskforces across R&D, ethics, and commercial teams
- Produce white papers and briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 2026 technology impact studies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research on AI ethics or exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
