Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 innovation initiatives
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurist experts and academic collaborators
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenario models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation strategies
- Strong understanding of geopolitical and socio-technical disruption vectors
