Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for future product/service roadmaps
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate foresight into development cycles
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish foresight methodologies and innovation pipelines across the organization
- Monitor global disruptors and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
