Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and market trends for 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning models for industry disruption and opportunity
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of innovators, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight research into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic thinking and innovation methodologies
- Author high-impact thought leadership on future-focused business transformation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused strategy implementations
