Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging business models and revenue streams
- Produce executive-level trend reports with data-driven future-state projections
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with future societal needs
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven experience guiding C-level teams through transformational change
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
