Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development roadmaps
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and presentation mastery
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
