Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and market implications
- Produce scenario-planning reports and risk-assessment matrices for board-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Establish industry-recognized thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive modeling systems
- Advolve C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Professional certification in Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major 5-year strategic forecasts implemented by clients
