- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proof organizational models
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureWorks Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (required portfolio)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
