Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on emerging tech adoption
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech disruption signals and quantify market implications
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings to investors and board members using immersive data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on tech disruption
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
