- Design prototype ecosystems for metaverse-native economies and autonomous supply chains
- Interface with venture capital arms to incubate Horizon's 2026 innovation portfolio
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or singularity economics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting frameworks implemented
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate modeling
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
