You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term strategies while mentoring a high-performing team of futurists and innovation architects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and venture capital firms
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor futurist analysts and innovation architects in advanced methodologies like Delphi analysis and STEEP scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year future-state roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
