Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact research reports and executive briefings on future trends
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight findings into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic priorities
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and megatrend identification
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
