Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines that bridge futuristic concepts with commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Present future outlooks at global conferences and stakeholder summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
