- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Produce executive-grade reports and visualizations translating complex future scenarios into business-ready insights
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quantifiable ROI metrics for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Shell Scenarios) or equivalent practical experience
