Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry verticals by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for market disruption scenarios and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
- Identify and build relationships with innovation ecosystems and thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFTR) or similar preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
