Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2028
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Present trend analyses and scenario forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech impacts
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
- Advise product teams on 3-5 year tech integration strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
