Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen AI breakthroughs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with 15+ direct reports
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature journals
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Strategic advisory experience at Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional public speaking skills at global tech conferences
