Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies for 2026+ implementation
- Architect strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen tech stacks (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive prototyping of experimental technologies in our Innovation Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurism, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex causal relationships
