As a key member of our Global Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment decisions across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast technological disruptions and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision scenarios and innovation priorities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for early trend detection
- Represent company at global forums and conferences as a thought leader in future-tech strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals
- Experience scaling foresight functions in Fortune 500 environments
